I highly recommend Bay 10 flooring . I am a property manager of numerous properties and I had a different flooring company install high end flooring in one of my properties. I had used this company for many years and I was very disappointed. They messed it up pretty bad. They didn't properly level the floor and left it so that in some places you actually sunk into the floor by walking on it. It was terrible and they tried to convince me that there was no solution. I contacted Bay 10 flooring to see if they could fix the problem. Sure enough they came out and fixed it very quickly! It was a lot of work but within 2 days it was all fixed and solid to walk on. I'm very pleased with their quality of work as well as their customer service. They are great guys over there and I would recommend them highly. ~ Don W

They just finished up installing vinyl plank flooring in our entire home (1,800 sq ft) and did an amazing job. What sets him and his crew (Eric and Antonio) apart is they went the extra mile. In a time when contractors don't return calls, don't show up on time (if at all), these guys are the 'real deal'. They were here every day at 8AM, worked complete days with few, if any breaks, clearned up their work areas and simply got the job done. We contacted Alex to get a bathroom floor and subfloor repaired after we found some rot. He came out the same day to provide an estimate and was able to do the job a few days later, which really helped us out. He was on time and did a great job fixing the damage and putting down the new subfloor and floor. He even installed the new toilet for us while he was here. The floor looks and feels great. Alex Baeton and Josh showed up exactly at 8:00am and went right to work. They had to pour a leveling compound, remove tiles in bathroom and then install the LVP flooring. These guys are good! We are very happy with what they did and how they did it. Alex is really good at communicating and answering my questions and making quick responses to emails. Bay 10 gets a 10 out of 10.
