Clients reviews about Bay 10 Flooring

Bay 10 Flooring absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly better than I expected. Their pricing was very fair—no surprises, just solid value for the quality of work they deliver. The two man team was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, which made a big difference. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated my home with care. What really stood out was how efficient and clean they were—fast without cutting corners, and they left everything looking spotless when the job was done. The finished floors look fantastic, and you can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a company that’s reliable, affordable, and genuinely pleasant to work with, Bay 10 Flooring is an easy recommendation!!!!! ~ Steven B

I highly recommend Bay 10 flooring . I am a property manager of numerous properties and I had a different flooring company install high end flooring in one of my properties. I had used this company for many years and I was very disappointed. They messed it up pretty bad. They didn't properly level the floor and left it so that in some places you actually sunk into the floor by walking on it. It was terrible and they tried to convince me that there was no solution. I contacted Bay 10 flooring to see if they could fix the problem. Sure enough they came out and fixed it very quickly! It was a lot of work but within 2 days it was all fixed and solid to walk on. I'm very pleased with their quality of work as well as their customer service. They are great guys over there and I would recommend them highly. ~ Don W

I just want to thank the fine folks from Google Reviews for referring us over to Bay 10 Flooring and Alex Baeten. They just finished up installing vinyl plank flooring in our entire home (1,800 sq ft) and did an amazing job. What sets him and his crew (Eric and Antonio) apart is they went the extra mile. In a time when contractors don't return calls, don't show up on time (if at all), these guys are the 'real deal'. They were here every day at 8AM, worked complete days with few, if any breaks, clearned up their work areas and simply got the job done. They were efficient and ensured we were satisfied with the project. I would recommend Alex Baeten and Bay 10 Flooring, without hesitation, for any flooring needs! ~ Richard H

I really appreciated how transparent and responsive they were—it made a potentially stressful situation feel completely manageable. Most importantly, we are so happy with how the floors turned out! They look amazing and truly transformed our space. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. ~ Hannah M

I cannot praise Alex and his workers enough for the outstanding work they did in my home installing my beautiful vinyl wood floor. Along with their expertise installing it they also possess pride in workmanship. I got a fantastic estimate price on the installation and he passed on the savings on the product I chose as I went to where he buys most of what he uses. All in all ,Alex is an honest and reliable business owner and I couldn’t be happier in choosing his company in beautifying my home. One happy customer here folks! ~ Valerie M

I’ve used Alex at Bay 10 Flooring on a couple projects and I can’t rave about him enough. I just had my kitchen cabinets changed out and Alex hooked me up with his guy Jeremy to do my backsplash! What a fantastic job! I’m so thrilled how beautiful it all came out! And thank you to Alex for finding the perfect thin trim I desperately needed to make my walls look like before ! Absolutely fabulous work Jeremy and Alex! I can’t thank you both enough! ~ Valerie M

We contacted Alex to get a bathroom floor and subfloor repaired after we found some rot. He came out the same day to provide an estimate and was able to do the job a few days later, which really helped us out. He was on time and did a great job fixing the damage and putting down the new subfloor and floor. He even installed the new toilet for us while he was here. The floor looks and feels great. We would definitely use him again! ~ K S

Alex and the Bay 10 Flooring team truly went above and beyond for my family during one of the most stressful seasons of our lives. Since Hurricane Helene in August 2024, we’ve been displaced dealing with permits, insurance delays, contractors, and the FEMA 50% rule process. When it was finally time for our flooring installation, Alex showed up with professionalism, patience, compassion, and incredible attention to detail. The quality of the work and product exceeded our expectations, but what stood out the most was the level of hospitality and care throughout the process. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with genuine customer service the way Bay 10 Flooring does. As an event planner with over 20 years in the hospitality and tourism industry, I pay close attention to service, communication, and execution and Alex delivered on every level. I highly recommend Bay 10 Flooring all day, every day, and I’m looking forward to confidently referring Alex and his team to my clients, friends, and professional network. Thank you for helping make our house feel like home again. ~ adrian R

Alex was great! He scheduled quickly, came out on time and got the project done that same day! He also went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the new flooring and it was easy to see the pride he took in his work. And now a year later, switching out the carpet for the new hard flooring was one of the best design decisions for the house. ~ CEO C

Alex Baeton and Josh showed up exactly at 8:00am and went right to work. They had to pour a leveling compound, remove tiles in bathroom and then install the LVP flooring. These guys are good!
